“Social–first digital agency” is one of those phrases that sounds like jargon until you unpack it.
For me, it means this:
- Start with people.
- Start with conversations.
- Start with relationships.
Not campaigns.
Not assets.
Not impressions.
A social–first approach asks:
How does this show up in someone’s actual life and feed?
From there, you build:
- Content that respects attention.
- Systems that make listening a default, not an afterthought.
- Experiences that feel like they were designed with people, not just at them.
